Aditya Kumar - Global Head

Aditya leads the global business development initiatives for Strides’ B2B division (Synergice). One of his key focus areas is to foster new partnerships for the range of exciting products coming through the pipeline. In addition to new opportunities, Aditya also manages the partnerships with some multinational companies.

With over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Aditya has straddled roles in Portfolio selection/ New Product introductions, marketing, alliance management and business development.

Aditya is a Master of Research in Molecular Biophysics, a degree he holds from Kings College London

Oren Weininger - Head, Europe

Oren oversees Synergice's European B2B operations, and concurrently serves as CEO of Strides Pharma International in Switzerland.

With his team, he offers a comprehensive solution for EU-registered, imported, and released high-quality generics spanning diverse therapeutic categories and dosage formats. With 20+ years in the generic pharmaceutical industry and a medical background as an M.D., he leads business with a partner-centric approach and collaborative spirit.

Oren, with a proven entrepreneurial spirit, has led multicultural teams for many years, demonstrating expertise in business development, sales, marketing, supply chain, new product launch and regulatory and quality. After serving a 4-year tenure as CEO of Fairmed, Oren took ownership of the business. Subsequently, he joined forces with Strides Pharma, which acquired the majority stake in the company. Oren has held executive positions at organizations such as Kamedis and Dexcel Pharma, playing a pivotal role in spearheading the growth strategy of these companies.

Ashok Yadav - Head, Canada & LATAM

Ashok Yadav oversees Synergice operations in Canada and Latin America, he holds a position of Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development for Strides Pharma. Dedicated to streamlining Canadian business operations, he also spearheads Strides' expansion into the dynamic Latin America region. With over 18 years of professional experience, Ashok has devoted a significant portion of his career in analyzing and navigating the intricacies of pharmaceutical markets across Latin America.

Ashok's professional journey has predominantly been in the pharmaceutical industry, holding pivotal roles at renowned companies including Claris Lifescience, Aspen Pharmacare, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, and LEO Pharma. Demonstrating leadership in Sales and Business Development throughout his career, he played a key role in shaping and executing strategies across various business models.

Swati Kumari - Head, APAC

Swati , a seasoned professional with over 12 years at Strides Pharma, spearheads Asia Pacific business development and is a key team member of Synergice. Proficient in forming strategic partnerships and driving growth in the B2B landscape, her main focus is crafting and executing strategies to elevate business development efforts.

Swati leads business development and P&L management in regulated markets, successfully devising and implementing growth strategies. Before her current role, she made significant contributions at prominent pharmaceutical companies like Dr. Reddys and Cipla.

Swati holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, along with a postgraduate degree in Liberal Arts from the Young India Fellowship—a collaboration between the University of Pennsylvania and Carlton College. With a diverse skill set spanning portfolio management, strategy formulation, mergers and acquisitions, and stakeholder engagement, Swati is committed to driving tangible results and fostering innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Kush Choksi - Lead, B2B-USA

Kush Choksi leads Strides’ B2B business in the US, overseeing sales, marketing, and partnerships to drive commercial growth and strengthen the company’s presence in the market. With 14 years of experience in strategic sales, B2B alliances, and market expansion, he is recognized for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable results.
